Question yourself as to if shes chose to be this way.
This is direct discrimination.

To avoid discriminating you should accept people for who they are no matter what gender they are or want to be and should not judge there choice as it coud prevent them from opening up and would make them feel like they are worthless. For example, in the roleplay Tamzin and Michael were calling Deniel names (a tranny, disgusting etc), you can only imagine what he may be thinking and feeling.
This is direct discrimiation.

In the role play, zoe turned Daniel down for a job as his age was 17. She dis- approved of it and turned him away making his self assteem and confidence break. However, in the next interview zoe done with megan, she was 19 and zoe approved her age giving her an oppotunity in that job role. To avoid this type of discrimination, employee's or people in general should respect their age and understand that age does not matter its the skills and ability that mean more in a job role or in general. During this role play harrassment and direct discrimination is used.

To Avoid discrimination, No matter what gender you are you should be treated equally everywhere. For example in a job role; if a woment wants to be a builder she should have the oppotunity to show her skills and ability. In addition she may be better than men builders. You will never know until you try. This can be all types of discrimination.
For example victimisation, harrassment, direct and indirect discrimination.

To avoid discrimination, there should always be access to for example lifts or parking spaces etc. During the role play, Daisy had to walk up the stairs and also got pushed on her way (by accident) by Daisy. This is discrimination because there should already be lifts availiable or more rooms on the first floor so that disabled people would find it easier. This is indirect discrimination.

To avoid this i should accept there love for each other and not judge by what i see. If they got married, we should avoid discrimintion because we should respect their wishes and see that they are happy. This is direct discrimination.
