         <description><![CDATA[<div>They are important due to the fact they are essential nutrients which help with a variety of different things, as they perform set roles in the body, for example vitamins and minerals are good due to the fact they help the body heal wounds, strengthen bones and they help convert food into energy and help repair and replenish bones, tissue etc. vitamins and minerals also help as they provide the body with energy, there are many types of vitamins that are essential such as vitamin A,B,C,D, calcium, iron as they all have different roles to ensure the body is healthy. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>They are essential for structure and muscle growth in the body as well as to regulate the immune system. they are in the diet plan to help the growth of muscle after an exercise so that they become bigger and stronger which will improve the power and strength in a game situation (improve performance) proteins come from sources like chicken and fish (salmon) which is widely available in stores and its not expensive. it is also important when you will consume protein foods (timings) for example in my diet plan I have salmon for lunch as its a type of food that gest digested quickly which will give me great amount of energy and protein for exercise in the day which will help my muscles to grow and repair. I could have used beef as my protein source but I would've eaten it at dinner if I had time to digest it, because it takes longer to digest than salmon.</div>]]></description>
