Invest in change to develop the skills and talent necessary to implement the change.
In our organization we want to work with others on improving not just skills but building values.

1. Enforcing this: Fixed mindset vs Growth mindset- It is not about who is the smartest or best in the room but who observes and helps others to also be the best.
2. Work Relationships: team activities that will encourage employees to get to know one another.
3. Purpose: giving all team members a goal to achieve. Reminding workers that they have a purpose.

(This is important because people think change can just happen but do not want to put the in the work to get the desired results. As you invest slowly you can see change to happen, instead of trying to do it all at once and getting overwhelmed.)
