         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.	Work as an effective and socialized leader who has strategic leadership.<br>Rationale: To become a good leader who can lead the team to a brighter future, apart from inspiring others with a vision, one must have the ability to transform visions into strategic actions, the real actions that can be executed by one’s own or assigning others. The effective leadership is a key factor to achieve goals (Daft, 2018, p.398).<br>2.	Build a coalitional leadership and obtain followers’ commitment.<br>Rationale: An important function of leader is as a relationship builder. Followers needs their leaders to be honest and competent as well as forward-thinking and inspirational, so honest and clear communications are very important within the leader and the follower. Moreover, leaders are supposed to create a healthy working environment which can encourage followers to contribute their best (Daft, 2018, p.218). <br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>Two action items for the first goal: </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1st step <br>The very first step of achieving this goal is knowing how to properly use your power. According to Daft (2018), a socialized leader is supposed to apply power in the services of higher goals which will be beneficial for others and the organization as a whole (p.383). As a leader, I should mind my behaviors with respects to exercising power in morally and ethnically accurate ways. Moreover, a socialized leader must have conductive visions for the further development of organization. Therefore, I should be fully prepared to give advice to followers and to formulate plans for actions. The preparation includes knowing the environment of the industry and the organization, considering what it might be in a certain period, making convincible assumptions.<br>2nd step<br>The second step is about stimulating vision and action and being strategic leader. Daft (2018) suggests that the organizational performance is determined mostly by the decisions that the leaders make. Vision is the guideline for the route which tells involvers how to move toward the future, only actions can make dreams come true. Daft (2018) claims that strategic leadership means the ability to see through the future, keep flexibility, think from full range of aspects and lead people execute the actions (p.398). To become an effective and strategic leader, what I am supposed to do in this phase is examining problems, challenges and opportunities in a full range of aspects, analyzing the trends to formulate a suitable route and keep the team aligned in the same direction.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>Two action items for the second goal;</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1st step<br>To achieve this goal, the first step is to know what is coalitional leadership. Daft (2018)        explains that coalitional leadership refers to “develop a coalition of people who can help influence others to implement the leader’s decisions and achieve the leader’s desired goals” (p.384). Since there are multiple ways to use power, I have to decide which form is going to applied on different context. Formal position authority can be applied on the issues directly related to their work performance or conflict resolutions. I have to make things clear that more contribution they made; more valuable they are (Billings, 2014). Building a strict rewarding system and a supervisor system are important things to do in this phase, which can encourage followers contribute their best. As a coalition leader, compliance of followers is an ideal outcome (VanOrnum, n.d). Besides, rewarding system is a way to motivate them striving for the success. <br>2nd step <br>An organization’s long-term development can’t live without a healthy working environment. In the essence, followers are more than leaders, sometimes even leaders become followers learning from excellent colleagues. As a leader, personalities are as important as expertise to some extent. A great leader who have followers’ commitment and loyalty must possess unique personal qualities. This relationship between the leaders and followers are beneficial to achieve the final goal because followers are willing to adopt the leader’s standpoint and carry out instructions with enthusiasm (Daft,2018, p.376). So, I need to maintain honest and clear communication with followers; try not to manipulate people with power and politics; be fair and integral. Leaders works as relationship builders; therefore, I should learn how to deal with the relationships with followers and other leaders on different context. Besides, avoid excessive use of position authority, standing in others’ position enable me to get more knowledge of others which is helpful to strengthen the relationship.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Once I achieved my leadership goals, I will have more confidence in being a leader. Through this process, I can anticipate that some difficulties may occur. Probably I will be doubted or disapproved; probably I will face the dispute or conflict that need my resolutions. I think I am able to deal with these problems after I’ve really been through of everything. I believe that I can get along with my followers so the strong relationship that I built will benefit my future work. Applying textbook knowledge into practice is the significance of learning. </div>]]></description>
