This website talks about using strategies to cultivate an inclusive environment such as incorporating the student's native language by using apps such as google translate to ensure the student understands what's being taught. This also encourages speaking slowly and increasing response times by a few seconds to allow processing for the student.

This website gives great insight on how to implement strategies in the classroom by providing examples. Some strategies that were taught were simplifying your language to not over complicate things for the ELL and providing tools during assignments that lesson the load of being fluent in the language but more or so focus on the content being taught such as sentence starters.
