Our product line includes some of Malaysia's favorite treats such as kerepek pisang (banana crisps), kerepek popia cheese (cheese spring roll crisps), kuih bahulu (traditional sponge cake), and kuih sepit (twisted cookies). We're really proud of how we've managed to blend traditional flavors with modern twists, like the cheese-filled popia crisps. This combination is a hit with locals who appreciate authentic Malaysian snacks.

Kudapan operates mainly on the UNIMAS campus in Kota Samarahan, Sarawak. We make our snacks in small batches to ensure they're always fresh and delicious. We sell them through both online platforms and physical sales at campus events, offering Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option. This approach allows us to stay connected with our target audience while exploring new ways to grow our business.

In conclusion, Kudapan is more than just a small business project, it's a journey of discovery and growth for the eight of us who initiated it. Through our passion for traditional snacks and our commitment to innovation and community involvement, we're making a difference and developing the skills we need to succeed in the business world.

Nicole Peter, the Co-director, directly assists the Director and helps Sylvia manage the organisation. The Co-director is responsible for managing operations and works closely with the Director to achieve the company's objective. Nicole ensures that the company's initiatives are successfully implemented and offers leadership in the Director's unavailability.

Nurshazirah, the Treasurer, is in charge of monitoring the organization's financial state. Her responsibilities include budgeting, spending management, and financial accountability. She plays a critical role in ensuring the company's financial stability, which is required for ongoing growth.

Aina Ayuni, the Secretary, supports the management team by handling administrative chores. She is in charge of organising meetings, keeping records, and promoting communication within the organisation. The Secretary's function is critical in ensuring that information flows smoothly and tasks are completed without interruption.

In addition to managerial and administrative tasks, Kudapan Sdn. Bhd. employs a staff specialised to certain operational and creative functions. Farah Maisarah, the Editor and Multimedia Experts, is in charge of the organization's content and media creation. This position will most likely consist of designing and managing multimedia projects to ensure high-quality output that is consistent with the company's branding and communication objectives.She most likely will update all of our activity on social media such as Instagram.

Finally, the organisation has a squad of runners, including Aisyha Hani, Clarie Audrey, and Iyianna Vincent. These are operational personnel that do jobs that required cash on delivery or motion, such as delivering our products to customer or get our products from supplier. Their position is critical in bridging the gap between the company's operations and external stakeholders, ensuring that tasks are completed easily.

All things considered, Kudapan Sdn. Bhd.'s organisational chart shows an effective team with clear roles and duties. The organisation can accomplish its objectives effectively while preserving a cooperative and well-coordinated work environment thanks to the clear division of responsibility between strategic leadership and operational guidance.
