- it simplifies people's lives;
- it simplifies people's work thank to the machine;
- it has made moving quicker (by plane,train or car)
- IT allows the exchange of data and information in real time. It also allowspeople to comunicate through the internet;
- medical technology allows the cure of former incurable ills.
2) CONS:
- technology causes pollution and the wastle of environmental resource;
- the continous technical innovation brings to a quick obsolescence of the devices, of the machine and of the production techniques;
- it calls for substantial investments;
- it allows the production of increasingly sophisticated and deadly weapons;
- it brings to a sort of depersonalization in human relationships.
