Mr. John 45 year old male 🧍‍♂️ , came to ED accompanied by colleague complaining of chest pain after eating lunch 🥗 🥪 🍱. This morning he felt like he was having some gastric reflux but he just ignored the symptom; he felt better after resting and self medicated with Gaviscon. He have a history of intermittent gastric pains and is self medicating with Gaviscon. Today after lunch the pain is getting worse and radiates over his left shoulder.
