This quote relates to eternal punishment because the narrator is trying to scare the audience by threatening them to go to hell. He quotes God's wrath towards those too are already suffering in hell for their sins and mischief; He is pissed. The mischief you pressure during Earth will reflect what your life would be like in the afterlife. These quotes tell us that when you get punished, you get sent to hell and the punishment that you received, will be infinite.
