Balance of power in government

Checks and balances are used to keep all the branches in check. When the 1 of the 3 branches tries to do things that would make the power unfair. The other 2 can use their abilities to stop them from making it. For example if the Executive makes a law, the President can veto it and it will be overrided.

How the government adapts to changes

The government attempts to help the people in the U.S to adapt to changes. They make laws and strengthen their government depending on what's happening in society. For Covid-19 the government helped businesses by giving them money and training people to stop hat crimes.

When the pandemic happened They donated to most restaurants in America because no one could go to any restaurant because of the pandemic so the government helped them. When the pandemic happened in the USA the government were trying to save Asians from hate crimes

When the pandemic happened everyone blamed Chinese and Asians so the government had to help the people in the U.S . So the lawmaker made the relief bill to stop hate crimes on Chinese and Asians people. The quote "All men are created equal" from the Declaration of Independence. This was shown when the government protected Asians from the hate crimes. This supports the idea that everyone is equal. The restaurants and other business were low on money and the government supported them.

Check and balances and laws are made and passed

First the lawmaker makes the laws then it pass down to the legislative and if senate pass it goes to the president. If the president pass it, it goes to the judicial court. Most of the people agree with the law. It become a law.
