You had to look at the scar patterns on people's faces to tell tribes apart-Dinka scar patterns were different from those of Nuer" (Park 114). In this it means that they both have diffent tribes, Nya is in the Nuer tribe will the boss, is Dinka which surprisingly is Salva.
