(Gramsci, 8). These traits contribute to the developing of a perfect character or personality isolated from the others. I argue that the ecclesiastics are also "traditional" intellectuals since they affect the society, they live in, with their traditional activities.

I argue that this proposes a challenge to the status quo because it implies there is consciousness from one group to oppose the other and perhaps even challenge their authority.
