         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hey Brian,<br>I brainstormed my list outside of padlet so I could bring my unique thoughts to the table. I found it interesting when reading your that I missed some key areas that you have.<br><br>I definitely agree with your #1-3 (although 2 &amp; 3 are not exclusive to our courses). I always felt that #1 is why a business course should be mandatory!<br><br>I also see we have quite  a bit of overlap in our brainstorm. Do you want to pull together a single list?</div>]]></description>
