The support your team has given is immensely useful.

We have tap on CSI support to create bonding/support network for caregivers.

Eg, Our National Day event at Farrer Hub, Hema Beads session for ATDC, YTDC and WEDC. Also we organise a buffet session for the Garden Festival Outing for the WEDC and YTDC caregivers.

I feel that the pre and post event have been a smooth process :)

Perhaps maybe if we can request CSSC a simpler with lesser questions template for the feedback form for non-workshop kind of outings.

1. Pre-Event

   • Can there be like a form for things to be uploaded into instead of using SharePoint - more neater, then once approved, the CSI team can upload the folder onto Sharepoint so that we can send the invoices for post event

   • Maybe the main team can share with the respective schools / centres about this funding (like a 10 - 15 mins sharing) as reps change when staff leave

     
     

2. Event Day

   • Maybe CSI can provide a write up to caregivers on how their photos are being used so that they can give their consent or disagreement

3. Post-Event

   • As above, once approved, things can be loaded to a CSI team created folder for the event

4. Others

   • Hopefully the budget can include the child as well. Esp for parent child bonding activities

Here are my comments:

1. Pre-event: It was quite efficient by using the sharedpoint, endorsement and approval was quick too. At times, we find it a bit hard to gather enough participants.

2. Event Day: We are using Microsoft forms for attendance and feedback so some times, it may be hard to get the full names of all the participants especially if it is a big event.

3. Post-Event: Could you add into the guidebook on where to submit the claims etc, adding the link to the folder will be helpful.

4. Others: Is there a resource list available for us to consider when we are planning for events?

The shared point submission has been easy and seamless. Maybe could also add in the requirement for submission as a note under the event proposal submission.

Good to have a platform to share resources, ideas etc n even community partners. At times, school can be overwhelmed with community partners wanting to collaborate activity after activity with students, we can redirect.
