         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Chest Pain/ Pressure (Angina) </strong>May be felt in the throat, neck, arms, jaw or back.<br><strong>Shortness of Breath</strong> due to blood in the body backs up in the blood vessels that return blood from the lungs to the heart due to the heart not pumping blood out of the heart effectively. This causes fluid to leak into the lungs, also known as congestion.<br><strong>Extremity Edema- </strong>Swelling caused by excessive fluid trapped in your bodies blood tissue. Usual places of swelling are found in the hands, arms, feet, ankles and legs.<br><strong>Palpitations</strong> - Irregular heart beats, the feeling of "fluttering."</div>]]></description>

         <title>How to Prevent</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Diet</strong>- Avoid foods that contain saturated fat, trans fat, and sodium. Eat&nbsp; fruits and vegetables, fiber-rich whole grains, fish (preferably oily fish-at least twice per week), nuts, legumes and seeds and try to minimize consumption of meat, red meat in particular. <br><strong>Exercise- </strong>The American Heart Association recommends up to at least 30 minutes of activity on most or all days of the week (or whatever your doctor recommends).<br><strong>Blood Pressure</strong>- Watch out for high blood pressure, you could monitor your blood pressure by using a blood pressure machine to test your blood pressure at home every week or so, or visit a doctor. Some Drug stores such as CVS even have the machine available. <br><strong>Stress</strong>- Be sure to stay calm, Being under constant stress will cause your blood pressure to rise. Keep yourself in positive and happy environments as much as possible</div>]]></description>
