I for one don’t know what they want to learn about. Maybe I should ask more? The organisations that some people work for have a view of how they want their workforce to develop, some organisations a stronger sense than others. Maybe I could help them define what they need, wish for or aspire to?  
Other people think they know however they may be compromised by the boundaries of their awareness, perhaps I could facilitate the boundary pushing?
