A simple circuit is easier to make with wires than copper tape. The tape kept folding so then it didn't conduct electricity. I had to layer the copper tape.

The bulbs had to be very secure to make them work so we used sellotape over the copper tape.

We learnt how to make a structure that would support the lever of the catapult.

Elastic bands were wound round the lever and the base to create tension.
