My second goal is to practice more often to hopefully not let my group down during the performance. 
My third goal is to be able to play competently in a smaller group and in front of an audience.

This is a skill I haven't really developed due to me just relying on other people in my section to suggest what we need to fix when playing as a whole orchestra. I was the only cello in our group so I was the only one who could speak up whenever I wanted to work on a section that was hard for the cello. Our performance went as I expected, I knew that we had worked hard to get to a point where we could play all our pieces with very few errors and I think that showed when we played. I would definitely work on my time management it really seemed to come down to the wire at the end. We all know each other pretty well so this project doesn't really seem like work but rather just us playing together for fun. We can sometimes get off track but we quickly recollect ourselves and get back to practicing.
