<title>It is difficult to work with instructors who don&#39;t pull their weight and who are not collaborating as instructed by the team lead.</title>

<title>Comments made in debriefs don&#39;t seem to be addressed in September, or can reveal some misinterpretation of what was said. We need another step where team lead comes back to the whole group and discusses changes, checks for understanding</title>

<title>Problems should be addressed immediately- not wait for a debrief at end of the term (too late/ forget assignments).e.g. midterm quiz</title>

<title>Debrief allotted time insufficient to look at the syllabus and check whether we are teaching skills we are assessing. That alone should be a whole day task with group coming together at the end.</title>

<title>Quite often leave weekly meetings feeling as if I wasted an hour because all information could have been e-mailed.</title>

<title>Hi Kerstin :), it would be interesting to hear your voice/ideas in answer to the questions you ask us, because while you are always positive, not everything unfolds well in our curriculum. For example: How did the week go? We are missing your input as an instructor.</title>

<title>Our weekly meetings are mostly a waste of time. It is often just Kerstin talking about random things or reading out emails or explaining how to find materials within a folder. This is not a useful way to spend an hour.</title>
