Today, fresh fruit drinks are becoming more and more popular all over the world. There are some juice makers appearing. The development of fruit juice processing technology has become a continuing topic. 

Choose any favorite fruit you like. 10 groups are required. All group members must participate in making a 3 minutes video about the fruit juice. The video must include:
1. Your company name. 
2. The processing steps in making a juice. 
3. Considerations to be taken in the processing steps, in term of quality. (Eg: raw material, pressure, temperature, acidity and pH controlling, odor, color, etc.)
4. Why people should drink your fruit juice compared to other company.

Please upload your video on 5th October 2017 before 5 pm in the new padlet provided. Don’t forget to list up all your group members.
