I decided to try a theory i had on my mind for a while and it was to practice movement by listening to music and moving and saying my lines when the beat drops.

Im not entirely a fan of antigone or classical plays either but i gave it my all in this part because i may have to do parts like this in the future. 

It was fun to play the narrator but some of the names and words were very difficult to pronounce and say like salamydessus.

My objective as this character was to tell a story about how others have suffered and my character has sympathy for Antigone and what she has been through just to try and get her other brother buried but she was denied and sent to prison. 

I portrayed my character as furious and vexed to show how outraged they are at king creons actions.

It was a good play and gave alot more of an understanding but i think it would have been more interesting if it was in the greek style but harder for the audience to understand.

If it was set in the greek time period they would wear robes of different colours for certain levels of superiority.
