Mr. Pendanski and the Warden differ because, Mr. Pendanski is very lenient or not as strict as the Warden, meanwhile the Warden is so strict and sarcastic that she comes off as scary. I know this because in the text it says"It's hot and it's only going to get hotter she said. Now these fine boys have been working hard. Don't you think that it might be possible that they might have taken a drink since you last filled their canteens?" This shows me that she obviously knows that they have drank since he filled their canteens, but she is saying that to show that she is strict about them having water because X-Ray found something, and we already know that Mr. Pendanski is lenient because of the first few chapters.

Interpretive Question
The differences between Mr. Pendanski and the Warden tell me that they don't really make a good team, but I think that the Warden is making the kids dig to find something of value. I know this because in Chapter 7 the text says" You're not looking for anything. You're just digging to build character. It's just if you find anything, the Warden would like to know about it." (pg.27) Even thought Mr. Pendanski says that they aren't looking for something I think they are, but he and Mr. Sir just don't know about it. BIRD FEEDER
You will need a pinecone ,ribbon or a piece of rope,peanut butter,and bird seeds.
First you need to tie a ribbon or a piece of rope and put peanut butter all around it then you add birdseed to the pinecone you have your own bird feeder.Now you can tie the bird feeder somewhere a bird can reach.
COMPOST BIN
You will need a box(Any kind of boxes are fine I used a cardboard one) ,a scissor,and sharpie.
