Over this there will be non-diegetic music to present the scene in an intense way. Both of the characters will be acting suspiciously as they are about to do work that is classified. When they enter the room they prepare themselves for the patient. The doctor who started inside the building will type in a code that will open the door. The doctor approaches the patient while the security guard stays by the door. We start to hear voices (non-diegetic sound) and the patient turns his head. The doctor converses with the patient but there is no response. As the doctor approaches the patient becomes more distressed. We see through the lens the patients eyes, he sees the doctor as he looks and he looks again and the doctors face has changed. No longer looks the same. The patient is then restrained and we see a close up of his face. At this moment we hear a voice over of the patient saying 'It wasn't always like this'. Or something similar to that.
