         <description><![CDATA[<div>Muscles are needed to pump blood, to breath, to regulate body temperature, to protect internal organs, and to do simply all movements.There are more than 600 muscles in the body. Three types of muscles are the cardiac, skeletal, and smooth muscles. Voluntary muscles are muscles that you can control while involuntary muscles are muscles you cannot control. I've learned that there is actually a different type of muscle that pumps blood. While you are performing physical activities an acid called lactic acid stings your muscles. </div>]]></description>
