Garage gate needs to be fixed. More support is also needed in terms of restorative practices. Some cameras in the hallway are needed for the safety of students and staff.

I think relationship building and building school spirit and pride is something that still needs to be strengthened. The stronger the school culture we have can address some of our safety concerns and communication issues.

My role is to continue my role and duties when on supervision as well as building relationship with students and teachers.

Follow up or some verification that all events are posted on the calendar and website. For example the Basketball Tournament this week was not posted even though it has been approved in advance. We also need to make sure that events and facilities aren't double booked like the tournament and the Robotic event.

I would like to see an actual financial investment in the arts and music at this school. I know that there are people high up in the district that waggle their mouths talking about this sort of thing.., but let's see them put their money where their mouths are. Anyone who actually works hard for these things at this school does not get any help for these things.

Something that still needs to be done is to provide scheduled days in both semesters where students can have special events. It seems as if there are only special changes to the schedule when there is testing involved. It could be nice to provide a day where there's a scheduled change where there could be some type of special CCR type activity? My role is to support the school in whatever special activities or events are scheduled and to support my students as they participate in these activities.
