Animated Storybooks
We used flipgrid to record why the sun appears to move across the sky, then posted it to our Kidblog
Students created a movable model of the sun, earth and moon. They then created a Flipgrid showing the movements of the earth and moon and talking about what they had learned. Once their Flipgrid was done students posted a link to their grid on Kidblog.

Ss created a survey question and surveyed their classmate. The Ss then took the data they collected and created a bar or pictograph. They wrote 2 questions about the data. Ss uploaded their graph and questions into Kidblog. Ss left comments on each others graphs, answering the questions asked.

After discovering the real cost of life's expenses using median data for each, they use this cost of living to guide research on careers that will provide enough income to meet their expectations. They consider how changing cities, getting married, having kids, etc affect their other life and reflect on their motivations.
