He was rewarded for his bravery and loyalty on the battle field against the Irish and the King of Norway with a castle and position as the Thane of Cawdor in Scotland by King Duncan . The armor and shield represent him being a soldier. the wolfs head on a sword represents his bravery.  The snake on a coat of arms symbolizes wisdom.  Macbeth's coat of arms bears his name and his country. </div>]]></description>
