<title>Source 5B This video shows my (first) own contemporary choreography. Exploring pathways and focusing on intention behind movement is something I&#39;ve really enjoyed throughout contemporary training. When I first started Shockout I had a lot of energy and was very messy as a result. Contemporary classes with Jasmin have definitely helped me focus my energy in the right way. I look forward to continuing my journey within contemporary and building the confidence in creating more choreography.</title>

It is a world renowned piece that perfectly demonstrates Fosse&#39;s unique style that is easily recognisable. Learning this piece of choreography was very challenging as it required use of lateral muscles throughout and had to be performed to a high standard to fit the style.</title>

I enjoy performing a ballet adage due to the strength required being such a challenge. </title>

<title>Source 4A Commercial choreography is usually very musicality based, due to the purpose of commercial dancers being to highlight something else (often selling music or accompanying the artist). This results in the rhythmic features to fit what the music is portraying exactly, somewhat embodying the composition. This video shows Josh Wharmby&#39;s choreography for a live performance by Ariana Grande. As you can see in the video, the dancers are highlighting the obvious musical accents and the artist&#39;s vocals. </title>

I used to struggle lifting my leg off the barre and I can now do this with control. There is still progress to be made in the height of the leg, but this will be easily achievable as I now understand the positioning of the body to allow the leg to go higher.</title>
