         <title>OVERNIGHT OATS  (Porridge)</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>OVERNIGHT OATS </p><p><br></p><p>BASIC OVERNIGHT OATS</p><p>½ cup rolled oats</p><p>½ cup milk</p><p>¼ cup Greek yogurt</p><p>1 tablespoon chia seeds</p><p>1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey.</p><p><br></p><p>Stir together all the ingredients in a jar and place it in the fridge to let the oats soak for at least 2 hours, though overnight is best.</p><p><br></p><p>The base recipe is delicious</p><p>But you can add a variety of toppings and mix-ins, including fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, spices, jams, and more.</p><p><br></p><p>In the basic recipe we added</p><p>1 teaspoon peanut butter,</p><p>1 teaspoon raspberry jelly</p><p>Toped with </p><p>fresh fruits(strawberries  raspberries, blueberries) </p><p>Pistachio nuts from Aigina island </p><p>and </p><p>chocolate flakes. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p>]]></description>

         <title>CEREAL BARS</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><br/></p><p>Ingredients:</p><p><br/></p><p>100 gr sesame paste</p><p>50 gr honey</p><p>50 gr cereals ( we mix Kellogg's Special K with oat flakes)</p><p>50 gr raisins</p><p>25 gr chopped nuts (we prefer almonds and hazels )</p><p>25 gr granulated chocolate  </p><p><br/></p><p>Mix all the ingredients and transfer the mixture on a piece of baking paper. Press it firmly to compress  into an even layer and place it in the fridge for 2-3 hours.</p><p><br/></p><p>Slice into bars and your snack is ready!</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Ingridients:</p><p><br></p><p>3 bananas</p><p>150 gr of sunflower oil</p><p>100 gr of walnuts</p><p>2 vanillas</p><p>1 baking powder</p><p>1 tablespoon of soda</p><p>1 cup all-purpose flour</p><p>3 eggs</p><p>1 tablespoon of cocoa</p><p>100 g black sugar</p><p><br></p><p>Slowly stir all the ingredients and last add the melted bananas.</p><p> Place the mixture in the pan and bake at 180 for about 35 minutes.</p><p>At the end, sprinkle with  brown sugar.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>7 dates</p></li><li><p>2/3 cups oats (110 gr)</p></li><li><p>2 tbsp cocoa powder (15 gr)</p></li><li><p>2 tbsp almond flour (15 gr)</p></li><li><p>2 tbsp almond butter (30 gr)</p></li><li><p>1/4 cup carrot (50 gr)</p></li></ul><p><strong>Directions</strong></p><ul><li><p>Place the dates in a bowl, cover with water and set aside to soften</p></li><li><p>Remove the pits from the dates and place in a blender along with the oats, cocoa powder, almond flour and almond butter</p></li><li><p>Blend to combine and transfer to a mixing bowl</p></li><li><p>Add the carrot to the mixture and mix to combine</p></li><li><p>Form little balls and store in the fridge in an air tight container</p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <title>Cake of love and cupcakes of joy (honey and dates)</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Ingredients:</p><p><br/></p><p>100 gr&nbsp; butter<br>125 gr. dates, pitted <br>150 ml Orange juice <br>1/2 tbsp cinnamon<br>100 gr. honey <br>1 tbsp vanilla extract <br>1 egg, medium <br>200 gr. self raising flour <br>10 gr chocolate flakes <br><br>Put the dates in a bowl, add the juice from the orange and let them soak for about 1 hour. <br>Preheat the oven to 170°C in the air. <br>Melt the butter but not to burn<br>Strain the dates and keep the juice aside. Transfer to a mixer. Beat until you have a paste and transfer to a bowl.<br>Put the cinnamon, orange juice, chocolate flakes,&nbsp; honey, melted butter, vanilla in the bowl with the dates and mix to homogenize the ingredients.<br>Add the egg, the flour mixed with the baking powder and mix with a spoon. <br>Put the mixture in a mold with a hole in the middle on which we have spread butter and flour. <br>Bake for 40-50 minutes. Remove, let cool and serve<br></p>]]></description>
