An example of this is in recreational sport. In sport at this particular level players are more likely to get on well with each other as it is a more friendly and less competitive environment. 

Task Cohesion links to how well a team/squad can work together to achieve a set of goals, targets or to in a specific match or game. Task cohesion has a closer relation to successful sports performers.
