in this image I aimed to convey a sense of monopoly of truth. this is to convince consumers that the word of science is superior to those who oppose new GMO foods. I used the narrative of science to make my claims seem more reliable .through the visuals I wanted to use universal iconography to imply different things. for example the magnifying glass may make the viewer think of science or make them believe the person putting the message out is intelligent.for the background I used leaves to symbolise health. with the magnifying glass turning the green leaves pink it implies that pink vegetables are superior when it comes to health benefits.

I initially interpreted the original as commenting on capitalism and the violence needed within the system to make profit hence the severed head on the platter.
