One thing that gets said that surprised me was “If he doesn’t apologize soon, he will have to sleep in the attic” this surprised me because that if I were told that I wouldn’t Huber happy, I’d probably be really scared.

One question I have is why does she start her diary with “dear kitty” normally on the people I’ve seen they start their diary with dear diary. Her starting it with dear kitty is confusing to me.

I can relate to her when she says “I talk to myself more than others at mealtimes.” I can relate to this because I feel like sometimes there’s nothing to talk about or I get home so late and so I eat dinner a lot by myself.

“It’s a fur coat made from rabbit skins, and she has worn it 17 years” this surprised me because the coat she has, has to be dirty and gross by now. I understand it could be a money thing but that’s also a long time to have a singular coat and not to loose it either.

Bean rubbing… that sounds disgusting it’s where they take the mold off the beans and that honestly sounds gross because I would feel like the mold was in the bean and I’d be scared to eat it.

Why is she so seemingly obsessed with Peter? She always mentions him and she almost seems like she has an obsession with him. I understand they’re friends but she acts like they’re a married couple by the way she talks.

Why does she have to give the same people different names? Throughout the book it was very hard to keep up with who Anne was talking about and what they were doing.
