Kate, you have an amazing ability to manufacturer the amazing out of every ordinary thing (thinking back on how many adventures we had with little red wagons, yellow inflatables and large piles of driveway gravel that was somehow transformed to forts). Can't wait to see the adventures you take your first son on, always continue to see the magic in every day and can't wait to meet him! I really shouldn't be giving baby advice... but... I have heard to sleep when the baby sleeps! And be kind to yourselves :)

Also: print out photos even though we live on our phones now!!!

Fill up a water bottle before you start a feeding, it may be the only time you remember to drink water.
Night sweats suck!
As soon as you get into a routine it will change, the baby is in charge! Sleeping when the baby is sleeping is SO hard, but the dishes will get clean and laundry will get done, eventually! Call me whenever you need ;) LOVE YOU
