The COVID-19 lockout circumstance affected people all over the world. Notwithstanding the impediments in general, everything going on offered new encounters and viewpoints and pushed education and schooling progresses forward as never before. Something that appeared to be unreal turned into an overall reality within a few days. Teachers of all subjects at all instructive levels moved to a virtual climate in a split second. Moving to the virtual climate was especially challenging for educators, who needed to transfer real class experiences into online lessons since science is based on problems, observations, evidence, and experiments. The Hands-on-Lab was a innovative and creative time to perform hands on lab at home. Though many mistakes were made, there was so much fun and learning behind doing these lab experiments.

In this experiment of Using Buffers, We made an acetic acid buffer by adding sodium hydroxide (NaOH) to regular vinegar. The sodium hydroxide will react with the acetic acid (vinegar) to form sodium acetate (CH3COONa). Sodium acetate completely dissociates in water to form acetate and sodium ions, forming the conjugate base for acetic acid in the buffer solution. we used a Well plate - 24 to mix the solutions and afterwards we used pH test strips to analyze the pH. With these results we were able collect data and see what can be used as a buffer and view their buffer capacity.

In conclusion, we were able to create an acidic corrosive/sodium acetic buffer solution. We were able to test a buffer solution by the expansion of acids and bases, and assess buffering because of increments of concentrated and dilute acids and bases.
