I think that if I would rate it I wouold give it a 4 out of 5  because it was fun but had some facts mistaked like cortes becuase he serched for the azteecs and found them

My favorite seene is when the 2 characters found the city and the seene that I did not like is the one where cortes does not find the city to see what happens 

It is a movie based on the explorer times and the Mayan civilaizations and it shows how easy it was for the europians to go explore places and step over steal their gold that was pleanty and kill everyone but of course in a kids movie. I can also see about the social structure of the Latin american tribes.

I think that the message of the film is that you cant get always what you want.

In my opinion, THE ROAD TO EL DORADO is a very creative movie. As it included historical facts, the creator of this movie decided to add some indigenous people known for their long time civilization, the Maya. But even though they included this information it was also humorous and interesting. As the movie included multiple characters and personalities which made the movie more exciting. Some characters included are Miguel, the horse, and Tulio. But this movie also included some parts and facts that were exaggerated such as, the priest who cast multiple spells which affected all of the movie and way of life which the citizens of El Dorado had. Even though it was exaggerated, the thought that El Dorado might be real, a utopian world. May inspire and influence many people to attempt and believe that there is a chance that we may accomplish and achieve to live this way. ( without their kind of culture )

My favorite scene of the movie was when the priest found out that Tulio and Miguel weren't actually gods, and my least favorite scene was the end because it wasn't what I was expecting it to be.

The movie is about two characters who found El Dorado. They claim to be gods and receive huge celebrations to honor them. The two argue about how they should deal with the gold and getting back to where they came from. The priest finds out that they are fake and conjures a monster that they had to defeat. One of the characters decides to stay as a god, while the other sticks to the original plan and goes back home. On that day the priest lead a huge army to destroy El Dorado, but he failed because they managed to ceal the entrance. 

I am not sure about what the message is.

I would give the film 3 stars out of 5 because even though it was entertaining many parts were over exaggerated such as the priests spell in the end of the movie and how they portrayed the characters. I do not think it was necessary to make Chel's character so provocative and there was no need to put those scenes in a children's movie.

The Main characters are Tulio and Miguel. Tulio is quite panicked, bossy, sensible, sarcastic, with a little bit of sassy. Miguel on the other hand is fun, loving, offhand, and adventurous.

My Favorite scene was when the two friends sang, "The Trail we Blaze." It showed that not only will they stop at nothing to get somewhere but will always stay together. You can as hear it with them saying, "WE"
My most disliked scene was when Tulio said "forget about Miguel." No matter who you're talking to, saying your best friend for life is so unwanted that you could just forget everything about them is sad.

Setting: Spain to El Dorado

The message of the movie: A lie can only go so far, till you unsure of it yourself.
