My short term goal is to successfully lead the Islamic team, delegate successful teachers and make sure that the Muslim students are getting the best Islamic education possible. To lead innovative and impactful key priorities to enhance the inspection judgment overall in  terms of attainment and progress in Islamic Education. Creating a positive and fun-filled learning environment is one of my key achievements in my teaching career and I would like to see that in place within every Islamic lesson and inspire my team to apply some of the  techniques that will benefit them and the student community.

My long term goal is to lead a bigger team/work as a lecturer in a university or open my own Educational Institute. I have since determined that I really enjoy teaching and that the educational world is more appealing to me than the business world. At some point in my life, I would like to achieve one of the goals said above. Through my teaching, I wish to present Islam to a wider community as more of an enlightened and tolerant religion which brought about some truly magnificent and inspiring scholars, inventors, philosophers, leaders, writers, and intellectuals who contributed and helped shape a better world in which we live today through advances in the realms of literature, science, medicine, and art.

·       Ensure that the majority of students demonstrate levels of knowledge, understanding and skills that are above national curriculum expectations through a series of quizzes and activities.
