         <description><![CDATA[<div>The title of the graph doesn't explain enough about what is going on, the vertical axis doesn't have a title telling what the numbers mean, and the design of the bars are confusing because there are trash specs that go higher up. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>(Shaye) <br><br>First, the units on the graph do not start at 0, so the graph is very exaggerated. Also, the units on the Y-axis should all have the percentage symbol rather than one unit having the percentage symbol. Lastly, rather than saying “now” underneath the most recent bar, there should be a date for a better understanding for all people looking at the graph. <br><br><br></div>]]></description>

Second, the title is very descriptive so the viewer has an understanding on what the graph is showing. Lastly, all of the units in the y-axis have the dollar sign which allows the viewer to know what the y-axis represents. <br><br><br></div>]]></description>
