Day 1

At first day, i went to Impiana Marang Chalet and do interview with the owner of this resort that is Miss Muzlimah Binti Kamaruddin. From that interview i can learn and know more about Impiana Marang Village such as the amount of available room, the number of workers at this resort and the amount of capital used to start this business. Moreover, i can also know a little about the owner of this company

Day 2

Next, i start to do my practical work. The staff at the resort was teach me about how to doing work at the resort such as clean the resort environment such as sweep the garbage and clean drain. Furthermore, i also learn to clean the beach environment at this resort,

Day 3

At the third day, i learned about how to used computer when we get reservation from customer when the customer doing online booking. Next, i also learn about how to check room reservations from customers

Day 4

At day 4, my boss that is Miss Muzlimah was teach me about how to communicate effectively with the customer. So, when the customer has some problem about the service at this resort, i can control it well and make sure the customer was satisfied with the service provided.

Day 5

At the day, i learn about housekeeping in the room. One of the staff at there was teach me about how to fold a blanket, put up a veil, and put on a pillowcase. Moreover, i also learn about how to wipe the furniture and windows, mop up the floor and make sure the room was clean and beautiful before we sold to customer.

Day 6

At this day, one more time, i also learn about housekeeping in the room. this is about cleanliness in the bathroom. From that, i learn how to clean the toilet bowl, sink, and the whole of bathroom. Furthermore, i also know which equipment was suitable for cleaning the toilet.

Day 8

At day 8, i learn how to repair the minor damage that occur such as leakage of water pipes and repairing the toilet pump that can't work properly.

Day 7

At day 7, i learn to checking the damage that occurred the room such as leakage of water pipes, cupboard damage, broken glass windows, water and electricity problems, air conditioning problem and so on. After checking that, i must report about that to one of the staff at there that was responsible for repairing the damage

Lastly, at day 10, i was learn about how to calculate the profit that the resort get every month. So, i can find out whether this resort benefits or loses during the month

At day 9, i also learn how to make sure the number of customers at this resort increase every week. So, i must do promotion at social media such facebook, instagram, whatsapp, and twitter to attract the customer
