No. 12 is objective (he doesn't bring personal matters into his opinion) when it comes to the evidence and just states the facts (pg 4, 13, 24 28), but it is hard to convince him what's true and what isn't when it comes to the evidence that the jurors have.

"The old man is inside.", "That's right. And let's not forget the woman across the street. She looked into the open window and saw the boy stab his father. She saw it. Now if that isn't enough for you....", "That's more than six inches.", "Well... maybe... there's so much evidence to sift." (these are just quotes of him stating evidence).

He is also outspoken and honest when it comes to asking questions and sharing what he thinks (pg 6, 16, 29).

"I may have an idea here. I'm just thinking out loud now but it seems to me that it's up to us to convince this gentleman that we're right and he's wrong. Maybe if we each took a minute or two, you know, if we sort of try it on for size.", "And you're trying to tell us he lied about a thing like this just so that he could be important?"

The boy lied and you know it." He is also rude and sarcastic throughout the story. On page 5 he is interrupting saying "All right. It's not Sunday. We don't need a sermon." He is also very loud and talkative. He speaks a lot and before he speaks it says it parenthesis that he is loud or angry or shouting. He is Intolerant of others opinions. On page 12 he says "Hold it? We're trying to put a guilty man into the chair... and now you are paying attention to Fairy tells." He wants to be the center of attention, he wants to be the main speaker. He constantly interrupts people, he makes sure his opinion gets across. On page 13 he isn't talking so he doesn't care about any one else's opinions so in the stage directions it says " He draws a tic tac toe square... places and X." Then he says "Your turn to number 12." My Character is doesn't care about other peoples opinions, wants them to only hear him, wants to be the only juror.
