Job Description: You will be able to use x-ray equipment to produce images of tissues, organs, bones, and vessels. You should also be able to give radiation therapy treatment. You need to be able to perform tests from simple x-rays to mammograms and MRI’s. You will be working 40 or more hours a week. You will be standing a good portion of your day. We want an X-Ray Technician that can perform all different types of test. We don’t want an X-Ray Technician that is specialized in a certain test area.

Education: You must have either an associate’s degree or a bachelor’s degree. You should’ve studied theoretical studies and many classes related to anatomy and radiation physics. You should have already had past experiences in the job as either an intern or have actually been employed in this field at another company. We are looking for someone who has good communication skills and is very smart and caring. We want someone who patients will enjoy to have as an X-Ray Technician and will feel comfortable around.

Salary: You will receive between $54,620-55,910 to start out with, but the longer you work here, the more money you will receive.  With more experience and time here, you could end up earning $80,000 in a couple of years.
