They didn't show up, unless I mentioned I was going to give grades.

For the first question, the challenges in my classroom are participation(Most of my students stay in the school dormitory.They have limited time to carry out their task because of the dormitory time-based rules, pacing ( unfortunately my students are in different levels in English and some of them aren't eager enough to keep up with more hardworking students.) and preparation (Some of the Ss are often unprepared for both the face-to- face and online learning environments)
For the second question, as far as I understand 4Cs (communication, collaboration, critical thinking and creativity) are the skills of the 21st century. I took these notes for a high quality design :personalized, mastery-based, student ownership and high expectations.

For me the most challenging of the pillars is pacing. High quality blended learning is not easy to put into practice, since it requires a perfect balance between classroom tasks and home tasks, Moreover, in my opinion it requires a school (headteacher, deputy and colleagues) that fully support the teacher and a clear set of goals shared with pupils and parents, otherwise parents and pupils may not understand its real potential.

At our school, we practice blended learning with our students. They learn at their own pace. Families cannot use technology in their homes.
