Hi Justin and Fiona! I have just submitted my application using the form shared by a friend. In the Statement of Purpose section, there was no additional note stating the 250-word requirement. And for the fact that the box provided to answer this section was so puny, I was under the impression that we are to give a concise and precise statement. Alas, it was a far cry from 250 words! So will that affect my application?
And also, should I resubmitted another application to ensure a better chance of being selected? 

It is great to know that you have applied for the course. The 250 words limit is just a general guideline. The word count of your personal statement does not affect your chances. You need not resubmit your application. Do look out for the email from the embassy should you be selected for the course that you have applied for.
