Globalization is an abstract concept that would serve as a utopian solution for mankind. In terms of profession, the games industry is extremely vast and diverse in nature. Globalization would just enhance this diversity further and address issues such as racism, classism, sexism among other various issues that do pop up from time to time. 

More importantly, the issue of the games industry being primarily dominated by men would be far more balanced out with a fair chance. Lastly, the values being established on a global level would allow for a more fair opportunity on a large scale. 

In the gaming industry i want to show and enlight colombian culture and latino culture, representation matters to me so creating entretainment for people like me is important.

As a game art student, I think I can show and draw various cultures in art
so it helps that people can see themselves or others' cultures and people can be familiar with them.

We didn't get to discuss things in detail as we were quite confused over the topic, but I wanted to throw in how I felt on the topic now that I have a better idea. For myself I'm a game art student so I would be working in studios. The games industry is highly multicultural, evident by the range of ethnicities of my classmates who will be joining the industry with myself soon. Global Citizenship is especially important to the games industry due to the large amounts of varying people involved. The principles of GC aid others in becoming more educated, involved and connected with others, especially since many games are created in a collaboration of other studios around the globe.

Culinary management
Teamwork - we must all work together to be able to send the food that a table ordered on time and at the same time. For example, one table ordered a burger, pizza, and salad. The person who is assigned to that specific station should communicate with other stations so that they could bring out the food on time and at the same time.
Sexism - not all kitchen work is for men. Women can do things that men can do in the kitchen. (There are few chefs who work in the kitchen who are women.)
