         <description><![CDATA[<p><br></p><ul><li><p><strong>Diploma</strong>: A qualification between a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree.<br><em>Example:</em> She received a diploma in education before starting her master’s.</p><p><br></p></li><li><p><strong>Credit</strong>: A unit which represents a successfully completed part of a course.<br><em>Example:</em> This course gives you three credits toward your degree.</p><p><br></p></li><li><p><strong>Core modules</strong>: The most important parts of a course that all students must do.<br><em>Example:</em> English and Math are core modules in the first semester.</p><p><br></p></li><li><p><strong>Elective modules</strong>: Optional modules that students can choose.<br><em>Example:</em> I chose Art History as one of my elective modules.</p><p><br></p></li><li><p><strong>Module</strong>: One of the units which together make a complete course.<br><em>Example:</em> The biology module includes both theory and lab work.</p><p><br></p></li><li><p><strong>Enroll</strong>: To put your name on an official list of course members.<br><em>Example:</em> I will enroll in the new photography course next week.</p><p><br></p></li><li><p><strong>Assessment</strong>: Judgements of the quality of students’ work.<br><em>Example:</em> The final assessment will be a written exam.</p><p><br></p></li><li><p><strong>Assignment</strong>: A piece of written work.<br><em>Example:</em> We have to submit an assignment on environmental issues.</p><p><br></p></li><li><p><strong>Portfolio</strong>: A collection of documents that represent a person’s work.<br><em>Example:</em> The art student presented her portfolio during the exhibition.</p><p><br></p></li><li><p><strong>Eligible</strong>: Having the necessary qualities or fulfilling the necessary conditions.<br><em>Example:</em> Only students with good grades are eligible for the scholarship.</p><p><br></p></li><li><p><strong>Distinction</strong>: A special mark given to students who produce excellent work.<br><em>Example:</em> He graduated with distinction for his outstanding performance.</p></li></ul><p><br></p>]]></description>
