Q: What do you wish your child's school provide to teach math?
A: More online programs. I don't have time to teach my kid math, but I think they should get more practice at home. They get competitive about things like video games and I think that's really helpful. I don't know why we don't have more.

Math workshop is way less differentiated. Kids don't know their goals and what they are working on. Grouping kids based on data hasn't happen. 3rd grade has been responsive to student work. Check ins and reteaching. Using it during math time as well. Using schoolrunner somewhat to help. How could students be owning that. Lots of examples. Here's the wrong answer, here's an example. Kindergarten has more relevance.
