Gun violence is bad and a serious rapid issue because people should carry weapons to protect themselves incase of actual danger. but most people even older people, use it to take their anger out on people who didnt do anything to them, even if its younger or older children. they dont care. They do it either for fun or to let out steam, which neither is alright and far, their taking loved and cherished people away from their loved ones, their family, their friends, and preventing their future.

Sexual assault is disgusting. People who act or support SA especially on children dont deserve to have children. I despise people who are aware of sexual abuse and assault and refuse to solve it unless given "proof" their words should be proof, the fear in their eyes should be proof. it should be proof that their telling you asking you for help to save them. It can happen anywhere, anytime to anybody. To a girl, To a boy, To a transgender, Anybody. It could be fro a friend, a significant other or even family. nothing justifies what that "person" had done to you. You dont deserve it and its not your fault. speak up if your being assaulted by anybody no matter the age or person <3

Another problem is bullying to people in or apart of LGBTQIA+ ( the term changes alot. ) Just as you say its your right and nature to be straight and your assigned birth, they have a right to say change their birth even if they arent what they appear, they feel that they're that. LGBTQIA Discrimination is a social justice issue I would like to talk about. I would like to talk about this problem mostly because I am apart of this community but other than that I believe that it is wrong to discriminate against the people in this community for liking the same gender or just for not liking someone at all there is many forms of hate this community encounters everyday. If you are willing to celebrate Pride Month you can celebrate this whole month of June. Back to the topic, This community has many different types of harassment done to hurt them it could be physical, or mental, this is not okay to keep around. Most of my friends are also apart of this community and we all need the support and respect we need and how we treat others with. People who like the same gender should not be treated differently because of who they like. Some who change or don't consider themselves as the gender they were born as also get a lot of hate. Some people from this community make stories about their encounters of hate from other people. Hating other people for who they like who they don't like for their gender and more, can cause suicidal thoughts and could lead to someone potentially killing themselves because of it.

Anyone can be affected by firearm violence but in certain situations gun violence disproportionately impacts communities of colour, women and other marginalized groups in society.

Sometimes, the mere presence of firearms can make people feel threatened and fearful for their lives with severe and long-term psychological effects on individuals and whole communities.

When people are afraid of gun violence, this can also have a negative impact on people’s right to education or health care when they are too afraid to attend schools or health facilities or if these services are not fully functioning due to firearm violence in their community.
Amnesty International campaigns for effective gun violence prevention laws and interventions to stop gun violence Strict regulation of firearms and strategic violence reduction initiatives are the most effective way of reducing gun violence

Easy access to firearms – whether legal or illegal – is one of the main drivers of gun violence.

The state has an obligation to maximize the protection of human rights, creating the safest possible environment for the most people, especially those considered to be at the greatest risk. If a state does not exercise adequate control over the possession and use of firearms in the face of persistent gun violence, this could amount to a breach of their obligations under international human rights law.

This is why Amnesty International calls on states to fulfil their obligations to introduce and implement strict gun violence prevention laws and regulations. States also have the duty to establish measures they can use to intervene at community level to reduce and prevent gun violence in people’s daily lives.

An issue I want to address is kidnapping because when someone kidnaps someone the victims are dehumanized and treated severely as objects by the kidnappers who put them in uncomfortable situations that they don't wanna be in, also kids who kidnapped and escaped often have to see a therapist cause they either won't talk about it or won't eat. So I advise you to double check if you lock your doors at night and keep an eye on your kids.
Another issue I want to address is gun violence but innocent people lose their life, More than 500 people die every day because of violence committed with firearms. I heard on the news that a 16 year old girl got shot in the head, she was just sitting in a car minding her business and got shot in the head. It shocks me that innocent people just get caught in crossfires, but i'm glad she is in stable condition. Stay Safe.
