I think this video is more of a narrative because it tells a story about a women being on the streets and trying to do anything just to live, it has a really emotional story to it because she ends up dying by the end of it due to drug overdose, I think a lot of equipment was done well especially costume because they made the women actually look homeless and the location was well chosen because that's what homeless people's days would be like, waking up on park benches and then going into towns so they can earn money to get by; this also links to hair and makeup because in the video the makeup team has to make sure the women looks scruffy, the women's hair was messy and the makeup was to make her look like she was dead looking and was barely clinging on, the makeup was amazing and really captured a scruffy look. This video is also realistic because it shows that people who are living on the streets will do pretty much anything just to survive and get by but then sometimes people feel like suiciding because they have to try every day just to live. This video is really good at telling the story and really good at the camera shots it gets.

The shots I mentioned earlier about alternative shots being shown in the same scene was because in the music video there are two versions of the artist going to the same places but having different scenarios and I think this is because it's showing what his life would be like if he wasn't with the girl he was. The Mis en scene was done really well as the lighting was really good and the locations chosen were really well chosen and just the story in general really linked well because it was shot professionally. The video had a really good message and was really well produced and I don't think that it could be any better.

Surrealist: These music video are very abstract, and may or may not have a relation to the music itself, these video's are usually very artistic.

Pastiche: A pastiche music video is when an artist imitates somebody else's style. this is usually light hearted and done with respect.

Parody: Parody music video's usually taunt the original subject matter of a song or use the song to taunt other subjects.

Reference and Homage: Reference and homage are usually praising or respecting someone else's music or music video or referencing a historical event.
