Hinduism is a spiritual tradition that was founded in India sometime prior to 2500 BC, it is one of the oldest living religions. It has more than one billion modern adherens, it is also one of the most practiced religions in the world. Hinduism stands apart from other religions like Christianity or Buddhism. This is also a very unique in that it is neither distinctly monotheistic or polytheistic. Hinduism, much like Buddhism, is typically viewed more as a way of life than as an organized religion.

Hinduism’s history is very difficult to trace. It has been around since the ancient times. Hinduism went through a period of change during the seventh and sixth centuries BC thanks to all the new teachings. They introduced a large number of new goddesses and gods. With all these different transformations, this led to the emergence of true Hinduism as it is known today.

Hindu beliefs and customs played a huge part of the Hinduism religion. The three main and most important concepts of the belief system are the Absolute, samsara, and moksa. Absolute is another word for Brahman, the Branham is seen as some sort of formless enteral god. Samsara is a concept that is also shared with Buddhism, it's the belief of rebirth. And moksa is the ability to separate oneself from the body, karma, anger, and even death itself.

Hindus celebrate many many festivals and holidays throughout the year. Holi, a festival usually celebrated by throwing colored powder and bonfires. It was originally only celebrated in northern India before it became world spread. One of the most known celebrations is Diwali. Diwali is a five-day celebration of the triumph of good over evil, light over darkness, and knowledge over ignorance.
