         <title>1. Make your own obstacle course!</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A good idea might be to make your own obstacle course outside:<br>-This might involve a few different stations.&nbsp;<br>-You could pick a starting at a certain point, and go to each station and do each activity before moving on to the next station.&nbsp;<br>-You would have to complete all the different activities before you reach the finish line.<br><br>You could do the obstacle course a few times to see how fast you can do it!<br><br>Example of some activities you might like to include in your obstacle course could be:<br>-Run a lap<br>-Throwing a ball into or at something<br>-Lie something flat on the ground and jump over it,&nbsp;<br>-Run/jog while balancing something on your head<br>-Use sticks as obstacles to jog around<br>-Hula-hoop&nbsp;<br>-Or you could include any of the activities from our PE wheel from last week which I will link below.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Here's a few other options you could do:<br><br>- Go for a cycle<br>- Go for a walk (maybe take your dog)<br>- Skipping<br>- Go on the trampoline <br>- Play basketball<br>- Play football<br>- Play soccer<br>- Build some LEGO outside<br>- Go for a ride on your scooter<br>- Go for nature walk and take pictures<br>- Read outside<br>- Play Flower or Leaf Bingo (Find 10 different flowers or leaves and identify them).</div><div>-Create a treasure map to lead something to someone<br>- Look for shapes or pictures in the clouds and draw them<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
