The point of Grizzco is to make a difference in Inkopolis, the Salmonoids are an obvious threat towards Inkopolis and that's why the employees are fighting them off. If Grizz was a Salmonoid then he would be killing his own species through second-hand murder. If he was a salmonoid then why would he make his company based on killing Salmonid?
